Review of the RLDP. 7.3.1. Following adoption of the RLDP, the Council intends to undertake a full review of the RLDP at least once every four years, although the frequency and timing will depend on findings in the AMR / local circumstances. The review will be undertaken in accordance with the relevant legislation and guidance. Each party shall provide a status report, as desired by a Project Manager, listing any problem or concern encountered since the last meeting. Records of such reports and other communications issued in writing during the course of Contract performance shall be maintained by each party.
