Review Submittal. Draft Reports shall be prepared and submitted in electronic format to City’s TCI Department for review and comment. Following TCI’s Draft Report review, a Draft Final Report shall be prepared to address TCI’s comments and submitted to TCI in electronic format for a final review. Upon TCI’s approval, one (1) Final Report hard copy and one (1) Final Report compact disk (CD) shall be delivered to TCI.
