Review Submittal. Draft Reports shall be prepared and submitted in electronic format to City’s TCI Department for review and comment. Following TCI’s Draft Report review, a Draft Final Report shall be prepared to address TCI’s comments and submitted to TCI in electronic format for a final review. Upon TCI’s approval, one (1) Final Report hard copy and one (1) Final Report compact disk (CD) shall be delivered to TCI.
Review Submittal. Provide (5) hardcopies and (1) electronic copy (.pdf) of the drawings/specifications/other contract documents and Plan Executive Summary to include Opinion of Probable Construction Costs (OPCC)
Review Submittal. Furnish four (4) review copies of the Preliminary Design Documents to the CPA, and attend one over the shoulder review meeting with designated CPA staff.
Review Submittal. The 30% submittal will contain. a limited number of plan primarily design base sheets, preliminary detail typical sections, general plan layout and environmental mitigation plan. The information on these will include the location of major constraints and controls, extent of major earthwork and will show all existing and proposed banks, address any potential environmental issues/mitigation, requirements, and a preliminary cost estimate. Also included will be any utility requirements and right-of-way documentation, as appropriate. Two copies are to be submitted. Review (90%) Contract plan preparation will continue based upon the review comments received and concurrence of the base DSR design elements presented in the previously submitted 30% design review.
