Riders to be Reduced to Writing. Any Local Union having any scale of wages or work conditions different, better than that provided herein, shall reduce the same to writing and file a copy with the appropriate Area Committee within six (6) months from the date hereof, and upon failure to do so it will be presumed they are subject to this Agreement.
