SCALE OF WAGES. 29.1 The classifications and rates of pay for employees and casual employees covered by this Agreement shall be set forth in Schedule “A” which shall form part of this Agreement.
29.2 School bus drivers, mechanics and casual employees shall be paid at the rate outlined in Schedule “A” for attendance at pre-approved meetings and/or training.
SCALE OF WAGES. Section 17.1. The Company can in its sole discretion give merit raises and bonuses to both full-time and part-time employees based upon the performance evaluations given to the employees. The amounts of such merit raises and bonuses, the times for such merit raises and bonuses, and the particular employees to be given such merit raises and bonuses shall be determined by the Company. The Guild may grieve such bonuses and merit increases but they shall not be subject to arbitration.
SCALE OF WAGES. Progression from junior advertising sales person to salaried sales person shall occur automatically after the completion of the third year in the junior classification. The scale of wages for the period covered by this contract is in Appendix
SCALE OF WAGES. Handing out assignments and giving instructions shall be considered the work of the sports editor, who shall be paid not less than per cent of the basic rate per hour in addition to the regular scale. The sports editor shall not be disciplined by the Union for carrying out the instructions of the employer authorized in this contract and scale.
SCALE OF WAGES. A. When an employee transfers from Clerks 1, II, or III to a District Manager, he/she shall not lose salary. The employee shall be blue circled until he/she reaches the equivalent District Manager Payroll.

24.1 The Scale of Wages/Salaries, Job Titles, and Salary Ranges for employees covered by this agreement shall be set forth in Schedule A which shall form part of this Agreement.
24.2 The Co-operative shall notify the Union of any new job titles being introduced to the bargaining unit and any substantially changed job descriptions. The salary range for new or revised positions shall be subject to negotiations between the parties and negotiations shall commence respecting the new position within ten (10) calendar days.
