SCALE OF WAGES. 29.1 The classifications and rates of pay for employees and casual employees covered by this Agreement shall be set forth in Schedule “A” which shall form part of this Agreement.
SCALE OF WAGES. Section 17.1. The Company can in its sole discretion give merit raises and bonuses to both full-time and part-time employees based upon the performance evaluations given to the employees. The amounts of such merit raises and bonuses, the times for such merit raises and bonuses, and the particular employees to be given such merit raises and bonuses shall be determined by the Company. The Guild may grieve such bonuses and merit increases but they shall not be subject to arbitration.

Full-time Employees working nightshifts shall be paid 10% over the above rates. Employees whose wage category has been changed or eliminated in this contract, shall maintain their present wage rate and receive future benefits and wage increases in accordance with this agreement.

On the first pay period following January 1st, 2014 a lump sum payment of $200.00 will be paid to all current employees actively employed on January 1st, 2014. On the first pay period following January 1st, 2015 a lump sum payment of $250.00 will be paid to all current employees actively employed on January 1st, 2015.
