Rights of Laid Off Academic Employees. Academic employees who have been RIFed shall have the right to be recalled consistent with the provisions specified below: 1. Recall lists: A recall list shall be created and maintained by the Employer for each affected RIF unit. The name of each affected academic employee shall be placed on the appropriate RIF unit list according to seniority. 2. Recall order: Recall shall be in reverse order of reduction in force by RIF unit to an academic employee position, either newly created or a vacant full-time position.

If circumstances relevant to this provision change during the course of the Contract, Contractor shall promptly notify System Agency.
