Unit List. In September each year, the District shall provide to the Association President, a list of all unit employees within their position title, job location, and salary or wage rate. As new unit employees are added or deleted during the course of the school year, the District shall give notice to the Association President of these changes.

Unit List. The Employer agrees to furnish a report* to Union on a monthly basis and electronically containing the following information for positions within the Union’s jurisdiction: a. Name b. Service date (date of hire) c. Employee unique identifier number d. Job profile (position classification) e. Department f. Pay rate g. Longevity step (if applicable) h. Work site where the employee receives mail i. Work telephone number j. Work email address k. Home address l. Home/cell phone number m. Source of funding (if available) n. Union membership
Unit List. The Employer shall keep a record of each full-time employee's service in the bargaining unit and shall furnish to the Unit President an up-to-date copy of the unit seniority list. In addition, the Employer shall furnish an up to date copy of part-time employeeslength of service and shall provide such information to the Union President upon her reasonable request.

Cabin Services Management Employees will retain and accrue seniority in all circumstances as indicatedwithin this article. Cabin Services Management Employees have the option of returning to the line as a Flight Attendant with two (2) weeks written notification to the Director, Cabin Services. As it pertains to classification, Cabin Services Management Employees returning to the line shall revert to their classification prior to assuming the management position. This shall not result in the reclassification or layoff of Employees in the Bargaining Unit. Cabin Services Management may only perform such bargaining unit work as follows: to prevent the cancellation or disruption of a flight due to shortage of Employees; to qualify a Manager or Supervisor on aircraft for the purpose of training bargaining unit members in new or amended procedures; to complete line indoctrination, required line checks, or observation fights on a bargaining unit member; or to perform service testing and quality control of in-flight product Up to two (2) Cabin Services may operate as an Employee only one (1) pairing per month each from the following: pairings from open as per Article that have been and not awarded; open flying after noon as per Article before Employees on reassignment Should there not be open flying as above available for two (2) months, in the third month Cabin Services Management shall be entitled to displace an Employee from a pairi...

  • Employee List No later than five (5) Business Days after the Bank Closing Date, the Assuming Institution shall provide the Receiver with a list of all Failed Bank employees the Assuming Institution will not hire.
