RIGHTS OF UNION OFFICIALS TO ENTER POSTAL INSTALLATIONS. Upon reasonable notice to the Employer, duly authorized representatives of the Union shall be permitted to enter any postal installation, whether owned or leased, covered by this Agreement for the purpose of performing and engaging in official union duties and business related to this Agreement. There shall be no interruption of the work of employees due to such visits and representatives shall adhere to the established security regulations.

RIGHTS OF UNION OFFICIALS TO ENTER POSTAL INSTALLATIONS. Upon reasonable notice to the head of Operating Services, or Facility Services, or their designee, and at a mutually agreeable time, a duly authorized Union official may be permitted to enter a specified area of the Headquarters building or Engineering Facility Services for the purpose of performing and engaging in official Union duties and business related to this Collective Bargaining Agreement. No Union official may enter any area of the Headquarters building or Engineering Facility Services without the express consent of management except as elsewhere provided in this Agreement. There shall be no interruption of the work of employees due to such visits and such official shall adhere to the established security regulations.

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE Each employee responding to or engaged in fire suppression activities will use the appropriate safety clothing and equipment. Each department is responsible for seeing that CAL/OSHA standards for safety clothing and equipment are provided and used for wildland firefighting. Wildland fire suppression safety clothing and equipment includes:  Safety helmet that meets the minimum standards required by California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 8, Section 3410  Goggles, protection that meets the minimum requirements for design, construction and use as required by CCR, Title 8, Sections 3382 and 3404.  Ear protection to comply with CCR Title 8 Sections 3405 and 3410(c)  Nomex hood, shroud, or equivalent face and neck protection  Nomex shirt  Nomex pants  Gloves, CAL/OSHA approved for wildland fire fighting  Safety work boots, heavy-duty, lace-type, with deeply lugged soles and heels, and leather tops at least eight inches in height.  Headlamps w/spare batteries  Chain saw chaps for chainsaw operator  Wildland fire shelter
