Routine Cleaning. Project Co will provide Routine Cleaning services and at such frequencies so as to comply with: (a) the requirements of this Appendix, including the Cleaning Outcome Standards, Attachment 2 and the Annual Service Plan then in effect; (b) the Functional Area Risk Categorization for each area of the Facilities; (c) the applicable Cleaning Access Times of each area of the Facilities; and (d) Tables 1 and 2 of Attachment 3 to this Appendix.

Routine Cleaning. The day-to-day routine cleaning and minor adjustments on the Model 72 Mail Extractors shall be performed by County, as described in both Contractor’s equipment operating manuals and other supplementary material (“Published Specifications”). Contractor will notify County in writing if County fails to perform routine cleaning on the Model 72 Mail Extractors.

Routine Cleaning. Contractor shall provide and perform the following cleaning and janitorial tasks and service to the satisfaction of the appropriate HFC Parking Manager on a daily basis, or as directed by the HFC Parking Manager: a. Pick up trash and litter throughout all surface areas in the Parking Facilities, including ramps, elevators, elevator lobbies, and Tunnels. b. Empty all trash cans at each Parking Facility. c. Sweep all paved entrance and exit areas at the Parking Facilities. d. Check and clean all major pedestrian flow areas at the Avenida District and Theater District. e. Clean all steps, light fixtures, mirrors, walls, and floor drains at each Facility. f. Clean parking rate and other signs throughout each Parking Facility. g. Clean all parking equipment and cabinets. h. Clean all bollards, car stops and lane dividers. i. Sweep, dust mop, deodorize, and/or buff all Tunnels and Parking Facility stairwells. j. Clean and sweep all Parking Facility escalators and elevators, including sweeping out of door tracks. k. Remove any graffiti and gum stains at each Parking Facility.
Routine Cleaning. Each bus driver will sweep and clean his/her assigned bus as needed, and/or as directed by the Transportation Supervisor.

  • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement. (ii) CSXT or NSR, directly or through their respective affiliates, may perform the work which CRC performed prior to the date of this Agreement when (A) CRC does not possess the skills needed for such work, (B) CRC lacks the necessary employees to do such work in a timely fashion, or (C) CRC does not possess the equipment needed to do such work. CRC and the party performing the work shall agree to a reasonable fee for such work prior to performance. CRC, CSXT and NSR may agree to have additional work performed either by CSXT, NSR or their affiliates.

  • Vaccination and Inoculation ‌ (a) The Employer agrees to take all reasonable precautions to limit the spread of infectious diseases among employees, including in-service seminars for employees. Where the Employer or Occupational Health and Safety Committee identifies high risk areas which expose employees to infectious or communicable diseases for which there are protective immunizations available, such immunizations shall be provided at no cost to the employee. The Committee may consult with the Medical Health Officer. Where the Medical Health Officer identifies such a risk, the immunization shall also be provided at no cost. The Employer shall provide Hepatitis B vaccine, free of charge, to those employees who may be exposed to bodily fluids or other sources of infection. (b) An employee may be required by the Employer, at the request of and at the expense of the Employer, to take a medical examination by a physician of the employee's choice. Employees may be required to take skin tests, x-ray examination, vaccination, and other immunization (with the exception of a rubella vaccination when the employee is of the opinion that a pregnancy is possible), unless the employee's physician has advised in writing that such a procedure may have an adverse effect on the employee's health.

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • CLEANING UP 4.15.1 Before commencement of any on-site activities, Contractor is required to prepare and submit to the Project Manager a Construction Site Waste Reduction Plan. Failure to comply with this provision or a failure to comply with the plan itself will result in withholding of general conditions’ money from the contractor’s monthly requisition until Contractor has rectified the situation and is in full compliance with these provisions. 4.15.2 The Contractor at all times shall keep the premises free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish. At the completion of the Work he shall remove all his waste materials and rubbish from and about. the Project as well as all his tools, construction equipment, machinery and surplus materials and shall leave the premises in a clean and satisfactory condition. 4.15.3 If the Contractor fails to clean up at the completion of the Work, the State may do so as provided in Paragraph 3.4 and the cost thereof shall be charged to the Contractor.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.
