Role of Seniority in Promotions, Transfers and Staff Changes. Both parties recognize that in selecting Employees for jobs which are posted, the Employer shall consider the following factors in determining which Employee, if any, is to be awarded the posted job: 1) The seniority of each Employee concerned. 2) The qualifications, skills, experience necessary to do the job effectively. 3) Specific needs of the supported individuals.
