The Client shall as soon as practicable make available to Assured Environmental all information, documents and other particulars relating to the Client’s requirements and shall make all necessary arrangements to enable Assured Environmental to perform the services in a timely manner. The Client shall notify Assured Environmental if the Client becomes aware of any matter that may change the scope or timing of the Services.
