Common use of Sabbatical Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Sabbatical Eligibility. Full-time tenured faculty members with at least six (6) years of full- time service at the University who have not taken a sabbatical within the last six (6) years are eligible for sabbaticals. A faculty member may apply for a sabbatical in the year prior to eligibility, provided that the faculty member is eligible when the sabbatical is taken.
