Sabbatical Leave - Teachers. 14.1 Sabbatical leaves of absence are granted for professional improvement upon recommendation of the appropriate administrator and Superintendent for reasons of value which, in the opinion of the Board, shall render a benefit to the School District, subject to the following conditions:
