Term Life - Accidental Death and Dismemberment. Subd. 1. The District shall provide $50,000 for full-time eligible teachers for this plan; part-time teachers may enroll at a pro-rated cost.

Term Life - Accidental Death and Dismemberment. The Board shall provide group term life, accidental death and dismemberment insurance for each employee in the amount of $20,000. Benefits shall be paid to the employee’s designated beneficiary.
