Safe & Healthy Work Environment. The Employer and employee shall carry out their obligations as set forth in applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations to provide a safe and healthy work environment for its employees. The Employer shall be responsible for enforcement of such rules and regulations and of its own safety rules and regulations. The employee shall abide by all of the Employer’s safety policies and procedures.
