Reimbursement of Business and Other Expenses. The Executive is authorized to incur reasonable expenses in carrying out the duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, and the Company shall promptly reimburse the Executive for such expenses, subject to documentation in accordance with the Company’s policies.
Reimbursement of Business and Other Expenses. During the Term of Employment, Executive is authorized to incur reasonable expenses in carrying out Executive’s duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, and the Company shall promptly reimburse Executive for all such expenses, subject to documentation and subject to the policies of the Company relating to expense reimbursement.
Reimbursement of Business and Other Expenses. The Executive shall be promptly reimbursed for all expenses reasonably incurred by him in connection with his service under this Agreement, subject to documentation in accordance with reasonable policies previously communicated to him in writing. The Executive shall also be promptly reimbursed for any and all expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees and other charges of counsel) reasonably incurred by him in connection with the negotiation, documentation and implementation of these employment arrangements.
Reimbursement of Business and Other Expenses. The Executive is authorized to incur reasonable expenses in carrying out his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement and the Company shall promptly reimburse him for all reasonable business expenses incurred in connection with carrying out the business of the Company, subject to documentation in accordance with the Company’s policy. All reimbursements under Article 8 or otherwise under this Agreement shall be for expenses incurred by the Executive during the Term of Employment. In all events such reimbursement will be made no later than the end of the year following the year in which the expense was incurred. Each provision of reimbursements shall be considered a separate payment and not one of a series of payments for purposes of Section 409A of the Code. In addition, no reimbursement or in-kind benefit shall be subject to liquidation or exchange for another benefit and the amount available for reimbursement, or in-kind benefits provided, during one calendar year in no event will affect the amount of expenses required to be reimbursed or in-kind benefits required to be provided by the Company in any other calendar year.
Reimbursement of Business and Other Expenses. (a) The Executive shall be authorized to incur reasonable business expenses in carrying out his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement which are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses, and the Company shall promptly reimburse him for all such expenses, subject to his satisfaction of Company requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses.
(b) All amounts payable to the Executive as compensation hereunder shall be subject to all required and customary withholding by the Company.
Reimbursement of Business and Other Expenses. (a) The Executive is authorized to incur reasonable expenses in carrying out her duties and responsibilities under this Agreement and the Company shall promptly reimburse the Executive for all such expenses, subject to documentation in accordance with reasonable policies of Holding and the Company.
(b) Upon presentation of appropriate vouchers or other expense statements, during the Term of Employment, the Company shall pay for personal tax advice and/or tax return preparation for the Executive (up to a maximum of $7,500 per year).
(c) The Company shall be responsible for 100% of any Bermuda payroll taxes applicable to the compensation payable by the Company to the Executive. The Company shall be entitled to make deductions from any payments provided for herein in respect of other amounts that may be required to be withheld from time to time under any applicable income or employment tax laws or similar statutes or other provisions of law then in effect, and, with respect to any non-cash compensation or benefits with respect to which a tax withholding obligation will arise, may require as a condition to receipt of such compensation or benefit that the Executive make arrangements with the Company for the satisfaction of such tax withholding obligation.
(d) Upon presentation of appropriate vouchers or other expense statements, the Company shall directly pay or reimburse the Executive for the ordinary and necessary moving expenses (up to a maximum of $70,000) incurred by her in moving to Bermuda, including the cost of temporary housing reasonably necessary to permit the Executive to obtain a suitable permanent residence.
(e) Upon presentation of appropriate vouchers or other expense statements, the Company shall directly pay or reimburse the Executive (or the Executive's family, in the case of the Executive's death) for the ordinary and necessary moving expenses (up to a maximum of $50,000) incurred in relocating to the U.S., provided such relocation occurs within six (6) months following a termination of employment due to the expiration of the Term of Employment or a termination of employment with Holding and the Company in accordance with the provisions of Section 9(a), 9(b) or 9(d) hereof.
(f) In addition to the Company's payment of amounts pursuant to Sections 8(d) and 8(e), the Company shall pay to the Executive tax gross up payments so that the net amount retained or benefit received by the Executive after payment of U.S. Federal, state and local income ...
Reimbursement of Business and Other Expenses. The Executive is authorized to incur reasonable expenses in carrying out his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, and the Company shall promptly reimburse him for all business expenses incurred in connection therewith, subject to documentation in accordance with the Company’s policy. During the Term of Employment, the Company shall reimburse the Executive, upon demand, for out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with personal financial and tax planning up to a maximum of $15,000 per annum. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for the expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) incurred by him in conjunction with preparation and negotiation of this Agreement and any related documents up to a maximum of $10,000.

Executive is authorized to incur reasonable travel and business expenses that are consistent with his position and incurred in carrying out his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, and Company shall promptly reimburse him for all such travel and business expenses incurred in connection with carrying out the business of the Company, subject to reasonable documentation in accordance with the reasonable policies of Company.

All such reimbursements will be made in any event no later than the last day of Executive’s taxable year following the taxable year in which the expense was incurred. The expenses reimbursed by the Company during any taxable year of Executive will not affect the expenses reimbursed by the Company in another taxable year. Further, this right to reimbursement is not subject to liquidation or exchange for another benefit.
