Salary Adjustment Through Promotion and/or Review of Position. If a member’s salary is changed upward by promotion or through a review of the position, the new salary shall be within the salary range of the phase for the new position. The new salary will be at least 3% higher than the former salary, or the minimum of the new phase (whichever is higher).
