– Salary Rate Upon Return. Subject to the provisions of Section 8.05, (unless otherwise required under Federal law) upon returning from the leave of absence, the Nurse’s salary shall continue at the same rate as that earned before the approved leave of absence, with any negotiated adjustments to that specific rate.

  • Salary Rate Upon Employment The hiring rate of pay for a new employee shall not be higher than the rate of pay for an existing employee in the same classification with similar work experience, training and education.

  • Salary Rate Calculation and Payment The biweekly salary rate of employees serving on twelve (12) month (calendar year) appointments shall be calculated by dividing the calendar year salary rate by 26.1 pay periods.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation.
