Sample Materials. During the term of this grant of license, a licensor may request that a licensee submit samples of any materials bearing any of the licensor's licensed marks that were previously approved by the licensor but, due to changed circumstances, the licensor may wish to reconsider, or that were not previously approved in the manner set forth above. If, on the reconsideration or on initial review, respectively, any such samples fail to meet with the written approval of the licensor, then the licensee shall immediately cease distributing such disapproved materials. The licensor's approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The licensee shall obtain the prior written approval of the licensor for the use of any new materials developed to replace the disapproved materials, in the manner set forth above.
Sample Materials. The offeror shall provide samples of all required materials and reports and include all pertinent information required by the government.
Sample Materials. 2.1 Client must ensure and has ensured that the content of any submitted Hepcidinanalysis Service Request Form is complete and accurate.
2.2 Laboratory acknowledges that Client’s materials may be experimental in nature and may have unknown characteristics and therefore agrees to use prudence and reasonable care in the use, handling, storage, disposition and containment of the materials.
2.3 Client must ensure that the submitted sample information does not contain any patient names or other personal information that can be traced back to actual persons. All information shall be supplied by Client in such a way that no one but Client can trace it back to actual persons, for example by using patient codes instead of patient names.
2.4 Client will inform Laboratory of any known characteristics that may pose a risk to Laboratory’s personnel.
2.5 The materials shall only be used by Laboratory for the Services conducted hereunder and will be destroyed afterwards –but not sooner than 4 (four) weeks after completion of the Services- unless requested otherwise
Sample Materials. Each party understands and acknowledges that any ---------------- sample or prototype materials furnished by either party to the other in connection with the Joint Development Project are experimental and such samples are provided only for experimental use without any representation, assurance, or warranty on the part of either party.
Sample Materials. Palantir may make available Sample Materials for use by Customer during the Term. If applicable, Palantir grants to Customer during the applicable Term a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- sublicenseable, limited licence, to copy, modify, and use the Sample Materials solely to the extent necessary for Customer’s use of the Cloud Solution.
Sample Materials. IBM SaaS may include some components or other materials identified as Sample Materials. Licensee may copy and modify Sample Materials for internal use only provided such use is within the limits of the license rights under this Agreement, provided however that Licensee may not alter or delete any copyright information or notices contained in the Sample Materials. IBM provides the Sample Materials without obligation of support and "AS IS", WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR NON-INTERFERENCE AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Sample Materials. 1.3.1 BriaCell will provide all non-standard samples/materials necessary to perform this project.
1.3.2 KBI will, on behalf of BriaCell (and at BriaCell’s expense), procure all necessary standard raw materials, reagents and disposables necessary to perform the project, and invoice BriaCell for such supplies as pass through expense. KBI will, as necessary, log in all samples/materials according to current Standard Operating Procedures. The sample/material lot numbers will be recorded in the laboratory notebooks or standardized data sheets at the time of use.
Sample Materials. Reseller shall pay to Boxcar an amount of at least Seventy-Five U.S. Dollars ($75.00) to cover expenses incurred by Boxcar in connection with the distributing of updated designs and new samples. Such sum shall be paid at the time of execution of this Agreement and shall be deemed fully earned by Boxcar upon execution of this Agreement and delivery of design and sample materials to Reseller.
Sample Materials. 1.3.1 DNA PRINT will provide all non-standard samples/materials necessary to perform this project. Such materials will include all necessary reference standards and any product-specific or assay-specific reagents. The samples/materials should arrive at KBI with all proper documentation.
1.3.2 KBI will, on behalf of DNA PRINT, procure all necessary standard raw materials, reagents and disposables necessary to perform the project. KBI will, as necessary, log in all samples/materials according to current Standard Operating Procedures. The sample/material lot numbers will be recorded in the laboratory notebooks or standardized data sheets at the time of use.
1.3.3 KBI will provide any samples of formulated material for testing by DNA PRINT as deemed necessary by both KBI and DNA PRINT.
