Common use of Saturday and Sunday Work Clause in Contracts

Saturday and Sunday Work. An Employee, other than an Employee to whom paragraph 14.2(e) applies, required to work ordinary time on a Saturday or Sunday will be paid the ordinary time rate of pay plus a penalty of: (i) for ordinary hours worked on a Saturday, 50% of the ordinary time rate; and (ii) for ordinary hours worked on a Sunday, 100% of the ordinary time rate.
