2.3.1 No employee shall be required to work longer than three hours without a paid 10 minute (morning/afternoon) refreshment break or four hours without a meal break.
2.3.2 All employees will receive each day free tea, coffee, milk and sugar (or appropriate alternatives) for morning, mid-day and afternoon breaks. This may be by way of provision of ingredients or reimbursement of the purchase of these ingredients.
2.3.3 Where employees are located in schools and use school ingredients the Manager Integrated Services (or equivalent role) and staff member will agree on an appropriate contribution to the school for tea, coffee, milk and sugar to be paid by the Ministry to the school as a first option or reimbursed to the staff member at an agreed amount.

Any concerns about the bus should be directed to Xxxxxx Bus Co, Inc. at 000-000-0000. Driver will follow the route as stated unless she/he deems it necessary to change the route due to traffic or construction. In the case of inclement weather, Lauralton Hall shall determine when school shall be in session, when the opening of school shall be delayed, and when early dismissal shall take place, and bus transportation will be provided in accordance with such determination. Parents are responsible for arranging transportation to/from the pick-up/drop off points. The bus must adhere to a schedule and will not wait for tardy students or parents who are “on the way”. Students are not to run to the bus from parked or standing cars – safety of the riders and pedestrians is paramount. Students must be cautious in the parking lots. Students may only ride the bus that they signed up for. No texting while walking to/from the bus. DISCIPLINE: Standing or loud, disruptive or other unacceptable behavior on the bus is not allowed. Lauralton Hall is responsible for enforcement of discipline and security on the bus as stated in the Lauralton Hall Student/Parent Handbook of Standards and Expectations and reserves the right to refuse transportation to any student who is disruptive or creates an unsafe condition for others. Bus driver has the right to discipline students by arranging seating or reporting misbehavior to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx’x Xxxx of Student Development.
