Saturday Loadings. (i) For each Saturday a weekly employee works ordinary hours of work as part of a 5 ½ day week as provided in (ix) (a) (iv), he/she shall be paid the amounts set out in Appendix 2 - Other Rates and Allowances, by way of a fixed loading in addition to the appropriate pay.

Saturday Loadings a) The Saturday Casual penalty rate outlined in the Table under Clause 14.3(a) of the Agreement will apply to Casual employees employed at Cheap as Chips stores in the state of Victoria.

  • Saturday Work A day worker required to work overtime on a Saturday shall be afforded at least four hours work or paid for four hours at the rate of time and one half for the first three hours and double time thereafter, except where the overtime is continuous with overtime commenced on the previous day.

  • Saturday and Sunday Work (a) Where an employee is rostered to work ordinary hours between midnight Friday and midnight Saturday, the employee will be paid a loading of 50% of their ordinary rate of pay for the hours worked during this period.

  • Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, etc If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action or the expiration of any right required or granted herein shall not be a Business Day, then such action may be taken or such right may be exercised on the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Holidays Falling on Saturday or Sunday (a) For an employee whose workweek is from Monday to Friday and when any of the above-noted holidays fall on a Saturday and is not proclaimed as observed on some other day, the following Monday shall be deemed to be the holiday for the purpose of this agreement; and when a holiday falls on a Sunday and it is not proclaimed as being observed on some other day, the following Monday (or Tuesday, where the preceding section already applies to the Monday), shall be deemed to be the holiday for the purpose of this agreement.

  • Saturdays (i) An employee called out to work on a Saturday will be paid for a minimum of four hours work calculated at one and a half times the ordinary prescribed rate for each call out.

  • Sundays Employees shall receive a shift differential of eight percent (8%) per hour to a maximum of three dollars ($3.00) per hour, in addition to their regular rate of pay for all hours worked on Sundays.

  • Sunday Work Employees required to work overtime on Sundays shall be paid for a minimum of three hours work at double time. The double time is to be paid until the employee is relieved from duty.
