Schedule Change. When changing an employee’s 's regularly scheduled hours or location, the Employer shall give as much notice as practicable, but no less than twotwo (2) weeks' notice, unless a shorter notice is mutually agreed between the employee and the employee's supervisor(s). When disciplinary action is involved, or in the case of emergent conditions outside the Employer's control, the supervisor can temporarily change an employee's regularly scheduled work hours or location with shorter notice.
