Schedule of Hours. The scheduling of the hours of work is the responsibility of the Employer, subject to Article 11.01 "Full-time Daily, Weekly and Annual Hours". However, the Employer agrees to consult with the employee, with a viewpoint of trying to arrive at a mutually acceptable schedule of hours. Notwithstanding the schedule of hours set forth, the Supervisor may approve variable hours as may be mutually agreeable with the employee.
