Schedule of Time and Compensation. 1. The established and agreed total cost is $100,800. 2. The compensation is subject to Resolution 19-5.1, Exhibit A. 3. This contract shall become effective on January 1, 2020 and shall terminate on December 31, 2022. 4. Municipality's payment to MCPC shall not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the total cost as set forth in C.1 above. This includes any federal or state optional funding arrangements equal to the municipal share set forth in Exhibit C. 5. The total cost of the printing and publication of Major Products (Reports and Maps) shall be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. 6. Either party may terminate this contract by giving the other at least sixty (60) days written notice thereof, and a pro rata adjustment shall be made based on the compilation of costs incurred and services performed by the MCPC. In the event of cessation of services by the MCPC prior to the termination date in the contract, the MCPC shall be paid for costs and services to the date of such cessation and the MCPC and the County of Xxxxxxxxxx shall, in no event, be liable to Municipality for breach of this contract due to cessation of its services. 2. The scope of work to be done under this contract shall be subject to modifications or supplements upon the written agreement of the duly authorized representatives of the contracting parties. It is the understanding of all parties to this contract that no modification of the program shall be made that would change the total cost unless such changes, including any increase or decrease in the amount of the MCPC’s compensation, are mutually agreed upon by and between the parties hereto. Such changes will be accomplished as follows: a) any decrease in the amount of MCPC’s compensation shall be incorporated in written amendments to this contract; b) any increase in the amount of MCPC’s compensation in excess of $1500 (i.e. $3000 total change) shall be incorporated in written amendments to this contract; c) any increase in the amount of MCPC’s compensation less than $1500 (i.e. $3000 total change) shall be by a letter of intent of a purchase of service (said letter of intent shall be signed by the authorized representative of the municipality and by the Director of the MCPC); and d) any substitution or modification of the work it...

Schedule of Time and Compensation. 3.1 The established and agreed total cost is $11,648. 3.2 This short-term contract shall become effective on April 1, 2022 and shall terminate on July 15, 2022 or earlier depending on fulfillment of the short-term contract. 3.3 NPSD’s payment to MCPC shall not exceed seventy-five percent (75%) of the total cost as set forth in 3.1, including any federal or state optional funding arrangements. If the DOE or Board requires the PA/E to make major or costly changes to the Schematic, Preliminary or Construction Document Phase submittals, which changes are not caused by architectural or engineering error or oversight, the PA/E shall be paid to redesign for additional expenses in an amount agreed to by the parties. Under no circumstances will the principals of the PA/E and the principals of his consultants be paid a fee in excess of $125.00 per hour.

  • Salary Schedule The salaries of employees covered by this agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated into this agreement.

  • Managers Compensation Any or all Managers may receive such reasonable compensation for their services, whether in the form of salary or otherwise, with expenses, if any, as the Board may reasonably determine. Any such compensation and expense will be paid by the Member.

  • Part-time Vacation Pay If the Employer currently has the computer systems’ capability to implement bi- weekly vacation pay, they shall do so by the start of the next vacation year or earlier. Those Employers with no computer capability will endeavour to implement bi- weekly vacation pay if there is no significant administrative burden, by the start of the next vacation year or earlier. If the Employer does not so implement, it will provide reasons in writing to the Union. Where possible without extensive programming changes, the amount of vacation pay will be separately identified on the pay stub.

  • REFUND OF UNEARNED COMPENSATION The Party of the Second Part agrees to refund the Party of the First Part any compensation received for which no services were rendered. TERMINATION: This contract may be terminated by either party pursuant to law. OTHER CONDITIONS: Any subsequent contracts shall supersede the provisions of this contract. PARTIES: The Fort Xxxxx School District 100, Party of the First Part, and XXXXX XXXXX XXXXX Party of the Second Part, agree as follows:

  • Adviser’s Compensation Each Fund shall pay to the Adviser, as compensation for the Adviser’s services hereunder, a fee, determined as described in Schedule A that is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Such fee shall be computed daily and paid not less than monthly in arrears by each Fund. The method for determining net assets of a Fund for purposes hereof shall be the same as the method for determining net assets for purposes of establishing the offering and redemption prices of Fund shares as described in the Fund’s Registration Statement. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section shall be computed on the basis of the period ending on the last business day on which this Agreement is in effect subject to a pro rata adjustment based on the number of days elapsed in the current month as a percentage of the total number of days in such month.
