Scheduled Flights Clause Samples

The Scheduled Flights clause defines the specific flights that are covered or referenced within an agreement. It typically lists or refers to a timetable of flights, including details such as flight numbers, dates, and times, to clearly identify which services are included. This clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of the exact flights involved, reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent disputes over service obligations or entitlements.
