Common use of Scheduled Overtime Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Overtime. Scheduled Overtime shall be defined as all overtime that is known and planned during normal working hours. Scheduled overtime shall operate on a depot basis. The Employer is not obligated to offer scheduled overtime at one depot to employees’ of another depot. When the need for schedule overtime first arises all employees within the classification shall be advised of the scheduled overtime opportunity, subject to Part i)4) outlined below.
