School/College setting will: Appoint a Mentor or Setting Lead who will liaise with Edge Hill University to ensure that all training in the setting is of high quality, all trainees are receiving their entitlement and that the required reports and evaluations are returned on the prescribed dates (including, interim report forms, End of Professional Practice report forms and evaluation forms). Ensure an appropriate Mentor is identified for each trainee and in the absence of the identified one, ensure a suitable replacement is sourced immediately. Engage with the Edge Hill University placement management system (InPlace) to monitor the number of placement offers and ensure mentor assigned to each trainee is correct. School/College wishes to operate as an IQM Flagship for Inclusion for a minimum period of 3 years from assessment date. If, for any reason, a year is missed out then the contract will expand beyond 3 years until such times as 3 reviews have taken place. The criteria for Flagship Status :- • A school that has held Centre of Excellence for at least three years prior to attaining Flagship status for the first time. • Agrees to produce an annual written update of progress against the identified project outline as the basis for the annual review. • Be willing to be an active member of an IQM cluster group of XXX and Flagship Schools. • Attendance at IQM Cluster meetings is a prerequisite to maintaining Flagship Status. • Willing to engage in classroom level research activity that explores inclusive practice. • Has, or is able to develop, the capacity to share and disseminate good inclusion practice across a broader cluster of schools. • Share practice/staff/visits/training. • Committed to sustaining the IQM ethos through collaborative activities. • Be willing and able to support other schools to become IQM schools or Centres of Excellence. • Prepared to contribute to the overall development aims of IQM, supporting the need for expertise or trialling practice.

Related to School/College

  • Health Spending Account contributions by the Executive will cease on the Effective Date. The Executive may submit claims against the balance accrued to the Effective Date, until the end of the calendar year in which the Effective Date occurs.

  • Health Care Spending Account After six (6) months of permanent employment, full time and part time (20/40 or greater) employees may elect to participate in a Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) Program designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The HCSA Program allows employees to set aside a predetermined amount of money from their pay, not to exceed the maximum amount authorized by federal law, per calendar year, of before tax dollars, for health care expenses not reimbursed by any other health benefit plans. HCSA dollars may be expended on any eligible medical expenses allowed by Internal Revenue Code Section 125. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • When Must Distributions from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Begin? A distribution from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account may be rolled over to another beneficiary’s Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account according to the requirements of Section (4). Note that the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001 waives the distribution age limitation if the beneficiary of the Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account is a “Special Needs” student.

  • FLORIDA PREPAID COLLEGE PROGRAM FOR HOUSING If the Student has or is a beneficiary of a Florida Prepaid College Dormitory Program (FPCDP) housing plan, UCF DHRL can bill the FPCDP housing plan to cover most prepayments and rental amounts. However, the Student is hereby notified that:

  • College has the sole right to control and direct the instructional activities of all instructors, including those who are SCHOOL DISTRICT employees.
