Cluster Meetings. Two city-wide or district cluster meetings shall be held annually, one on a professional development day before the start of school year and one on a professional development day at the end of the first semester for audiometric and vision screening technicians in order to review new procedures and other related matters.

Cluster Meetings. Mentor / Counselor will explain participating company about the concept and steps of the cluster during meetings. CEO’s presence is must during meetings. To ensure absorption of knowledge imparted by Counselor, companies will ensure participation of related team / team member(s) for every meeting / review meeting to ensure continuity and implement the learnings. CEO will ensure that all related team members are involved in the Cluster Process.
Cluster Meetings. The general cluster meetings are the occasions on which the HiPEAC community gathers, discusses ongoing research, and makes plans for the future. The primary goal of the general cluster meetings is to bring together in one location a major part of the HiPEAC community during 2-3 days. During general cluster meetings, all clusters and task forces have their meeting, chaired by the cluster coordinator. During the general cluster meetings, there are also break-out sessions where individual members can meet to have detailed discussions about their common plans. At least once a year a general cluster meeting also hosts a general assembly meeting (Task 4.2) and twice a year it hosts an industrial workshop (Task 3.9). In order to limit the amount of travelling, cluster meetings are often co-located with other major events like the HiPEAC Conference. For the same reason, the HiPEAC general cluster meetings are also a good opportunity to schedule meetings of other European projects before or after. As a result, these general cluster meetings have become major networking events for the European HiPEAC community.

  • Other Meetings Other meetings of the Board shall be held at such times and places as the Board, the Chairman, the President or any director shall from time to time determine.

  • TAC Meetings The goal of this subtask is for the TAC to provide strategic guidance for the project by participating in regular meetings, which may be held via teleconference. The TAC shall: • Help set the project team's goals and contribute to the development and evaluation of its statement of proposed objectives as the project evolves. • Provide a credible and objective sounding board on the wide range of technical and financial barriers and opportunities. • Help identify key areas where the project has a competitive advantage, value proposition, or strength upon which to build. • Advocate on behalf of the project in its effort to build partnerships, governmental support and relationships with a national spectrum of influential leaders. • Ask probing questions that insure a long-term perspective on decision-making and progress toward the project’s strategic goals. • Review and provide comments to proposed project performance metrics. • Review and provide comments to proposed project Draft Technology Transfer Plan.   • Safety Meetings (iii) Accident investigation.

  • Company Meetings Attendance at Company meetings (as distinguished from store meetings) shall not be required, but shall be completely voluntary on the part of the employee.

  • Job Meetings Upon award of the Mini-Bid Contract and prior to the start of any work, the Contractor shall be available for an initial job meeting with the Authorized User’s representative to discuss the following items:

  • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Such meetings shall be used for purposes that cannot be accomplished effectively through other means. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible.   • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party. Such meeting shall take place at a time mutually convenient to both parties. Any use of Company time for attendance at such meetings shall be arranged in advance by mutual agreement.

  • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential.

  • Reports/Meetings The Contractor shall develop reports and any other relevant documents necessary to complete the services and requirements as set forth in this Contract. The County’s Project Manager and the Contractor’s Project Manager will meet at a County designated location to discuss the Contractor’s performance and progress under this Contract, at the request of the County’s Project Manager. If requested by County, the Contractor’s Project Manager and other project personnel shall attend all meetings. The Contractor shall provide such information that is requested by the County for the purpose of monitoring progress under this Contract.

  • Mandatory Meetings All residential students are required to attend the following building meetings. Time & locations will be communicated by the RAs through individual contact, emails and/or signs in the buildings. A $25 fee will be charged to any students who do not attend without an approved absence. The meetings will be held on the following dates (dates subject to change): Monday, August 30th, 2021 – 7:00 or 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 8, 2021 Monday, February 1, 2022 Tuesday, April 27, 2022
