School District Information. 1. The Association shall be furnished with twenty-five (25) copies of the School District Directory.
School District Information. The School District agrees pursuant to PELRA, to furnish financial data to the Association upon request by the Association. The School District agrees, subject to the privacy laws, to furnish such information as is available for the Association to process any grievance. Photocopies of such information shall be provided by the School District, and the Association agrees to pay for the photocopy supplies. The School District agrees to furnish the information within 7 calendar days. If more time is needed, the School District will inform the Association as to the reason for the delay.
School District Information. 1. The Association will, upon written request, be furnished with the names and addresses by school of members of the Unit.

Section 1.1 The Parties agree that each will accept submission of the information required by § 13-28-50 (“Required Data”) through the mechanism(s) set forth in this Agreement, as full compliance with the school districts’ obligations under § 13-28-50, alleviating the need for each school district to replicate the distribution of the Required Data to each of the Parties individually. While no school district is required to submit the Required Data in accordance with this Agreement, each school district may submit the Required Data to the BOR for its use as provided under § 13-28-50 and for redistribution to MTC and/or the BOTE. Upon receipt of the Required Data from the BOR, MTC, and/or the BOTE will provide for the redistribution of the required data to the other pertinent Parties.
