SCHOOL DISTRICT INSURANCE. The School District, at its own expense, is responsible for securing its own liability and property insurance.
SCHOOL DISTRICT INSURANCE. School District certifies that it maintains a program of insurance and self-insurance that covers its activities in connection with this MOU as follows:
SCHOOL DISTRICT INSURANCE. School District shall secure and maintain the insurance coverage or self-insurance described in Exhibit C, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
SCHOOL DISTRICT INSURANCE. School District shall procure and maintain in force during the term of this Agreement, at its sole cost and expense, insurance in amounts that are reasonably necessary to protect it against liability arising from any and all negligent acts or incidents caused by its employees. Coverage under such professional and commercial general liability insurance shall be not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000) for each occurrence and four million dollars ($4,000,000) in the aggregate. Such coverage is to be obtained from a carrier rated A or better by AM Best or a qualified program of self-insurance. School District shall also maintain and provide evidence of workers’ compensation and disability coverage for its employees as required by law. Insurance shall provide for not less than thirty (30) days’ notice of cancellation to University. School District shall provide University with evidence of the insurance required under this paragraph upon request of the University. School District shall promptly notify University of any cancellation, reduction, or other material change in the amount or scope of any coverage required hereunder.
SCHOOL DISTRICT INSURANCE. ❏ You choose to pay the school district an annual protection payment for the coverage of accidental damage, theft, loss or damage by fire/flood, water in the amount of $30.00 dollars with a maximum cost of $90.00 per family. The $30.00 dollar payment is nonrefundable. This annual coverage begins upon receipt of the payment and ends at the beginning of the following school year. You may pay this via an invoice sent from MySchoolBucks or a check made payable to Xxxxxxxx Public Schools. If you choose to send in a check please make sure it is in a clearly labeled envelope with the names of all students to be covered under the school insurance.
