School Insurance. The teaching staff shall not be responsible for and shall not participate in the enrollment, premium collection, or claims portion of any school program which involves pupils.
School Insurance. Accident insurance for all students is strongly encouraged. If your child is not covered under your health insurance, accident insurance may be purchased at a very reasonable rate from a private company. This accident insurance is underwritten by a company approved by the Diocesan School Office. Brochures are available in the school office. This insurance must be purchased at the beginning of school.

School Insurance. School shall secure and maintain at all times during the term of this Agreement, at its sole expense, appropriate general and professional liability insurance coverage in amounts of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 in the annual aggregate with insurance carriers or self-insurance programs covering itself. Should any of the insurance policies be written on a claims-made basis, insurance requirements shall survive the expiration of this Agreement and extended coverage shall be afforded for at least two (2) years after the expiration of this Agreement. School shall make reasonable business efforts to provide written notice to Facility of any material changes in the above-referenced insurance coverage. Facility shall have a right to terminate this Agreement in the event of changes in School’s insurance that are unacceptable.
School Insurance. Upon enrollment of the student, “THE SCHOOL” shall take out a major medical health insurance in terms of the fees of the school year applicable on enrollment, refer to the MAJOR MEDICAL HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY, insurance policy that shall be paid for by “THE CLIENT”. Should the student already have a valid health insurance when enrolling or re‐enrolling at the school and “THE CLIENT” does not wish to pay for the school insurance policy, “THE CLIENT” shall have to justify the existence of said insurance policy and sign a release of liability letter to “THE SCHOOL” for not taking out the school insurance. “THE CLIENT” shall commit himself/herself in maintaining said insurance policy in effect for all the time the student is enrolled at “THE SCHOOL”.
School Insurance. The State of California has elected to be self- insured for its general liability, worker’s compensation, professional liability, motor vehicle liability, and property exposures through an annual appropriation from the General Fund. As a State agency, the California State University, Office of the Chancellor, the Trustees, and its system of campuses are included in this self-insured program.
School Insurance. SCHOOL shall provide and maintain, at its sole cost and expense, the following insurance coverage during the term of this Agreement:
School Insurance o Families may purchase a $40 non-refundable insurance policy through the District. This will include coverage for hardware failure, theft, repair, accidental damage including screen repairs, and liquid damage. It does not include deliberate or negligent damage to the Chromebook and does not cover the case, charger or cord.

School Insurance. Families may purchase a $25 per year (iPad mini) or $75 per year (MacBook Air) non-refundable insurance policy from the District. Insurance covers up to two incidents of loss. This will include coverage for hardware failure, theft, repair, accidental damage including screen repairs, and liquid damage. It does not include deliberate or negligent damage to the digital learning device. It does not cover the case, charger or cord. Removing the case from the iPad voids the insurance.
