School Holidays. School holidays shall mean the holidays set out in the Public Schools Act and Manitoba Regulation 101/95, as it exists of the date hereof, and in addition Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, July 1st and the first Monday in August.

School Holidays. Custodial and maintenance employees are expected to work on days when schools are closed for teachers' convention, winter recess, and spring vacation if they are on active duty assignment status during these days. Persons absent on those days shall be considered on a without pay status unless they are on approved annual leave or sick leave.
