School Holidays. A regular unit member who is not normally assigned to duty during the school holidays, which include December 25th and January 1st and any other Board of Trustees declared holidays, shall be paid for those holidays, if the unit member was in paid status during any portion of the working day of their normal assignment immediately preceding or succeeding the holiday period.
