Common use of School Holidays Clause in Contracts

School Holidays. Regular employees who are not normally assigned to duty during those days designated by the legislature and/or the Board of Education as school holidays shall be paid for those holidays provided they are in a paid status during any portion of the working day of their normal assignment immediately preceding or succeeding the holiday period.

School Holidays. Regular employees who are not normally assigned to duty during those days designated by the legislature and/or the Board of Education as school holidays which include December 25 and January 1 shall be paid for those holidays two (2) holidays, provided that they are were in a paid status during any portion of the working day of their normal assignment immediately preceding or succeeding the holiday period.
