School Improvement Meetings. Teachers shall be required to attend mandatory meetings up to six hundred (600) minutes per school year. School improvement meetings shall not exceed sixty (60) minutes per meeting per month.

School Improvement Meetings. The Administration reserves sixty (60) minutes (maximum) on the Early Release/Late Start School Improvement Days for meetings with the full faculty. The individual departments may call additional meetings from 3:00 p.m. to 3:20 p.m. All teachers in a department must attend department meetings, except those meetings where only specific members are requested to attend by the division chairperson. The Administration reserves the right to four (4) school improvement meetings per year to be used exclusively for School Improvement.
School Improvement Meetings. Assistants who elect to participate in school improvement meetings shall be compensated for the remainder of their normal work day. At the completion of their normal work day time period, they shall have the option of leaving the meeting or remaining without additional compensation.

To facilitate professional development activities over one (1) hour in length, the Administrator in collaboration with the school’s leadership team, may combine School Improvement Meetings. The psychologists may be convened by the Psychology Coordinator/Lead to attend staff development activities in lieu of the school-based Wednesday School Improvement Meetings not to exceed the identified time.

  • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Such meetings shall be used for purposes that cannot be accomplished effectively through other means. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible. If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.

  • Construction Progress Meetings The Design Professional shall attend Construction Progress Meetings periodically held by the Contractor at the Site on a schedule determined by the Contractor. The Design Professional shall review the minutes of the meeting and provide his written comments to the minutes to the Owner and Contractor within seven calendar days after receipt of the meeting minutes.

  • Project Meetings The Contractor shall attend a preconstruction conference and shall participate in regularly scheduled Project meetings.
