Conditions of Return. The following conditions must be satisfied before Seller will be obligated to accept and replace the disqualified dog; a) the dog must never have been bred to or bred with, b) the dog must have remained in the owner’s possession or control since the date the Agreement was executed, c) the dog must never have been sold, and d) Seller must have ensured the dog received the usual and necessary veterinary and medical services for this breed. Medical and veterinary services must be evidenced by adequate medical and veterinary records to the satisfaction of Seller.
Conditions of Return. As a condition precedent to receiving a Summer Study grant, the teacher shall agree in writing that in the event of his/her resignation before the completion of the school year immediately following the study programs, then, unless waived by the Superintendent, the teacher shall repay, at the time of resignation, the gross amount received as payment of the Summer Study program.
Conditions of Return. Upon expiration of leave, the teacher will be restored to full-time professional employment within his/her tenure area, unless the Superintendent and the teacher mutually agree to an assignment to another area. The teacher agrees, through the completion of the Application for Sabbatical Leave (Appendix H), that in the event of his/her:
(a) Failure to return to the employment of the Trumansburg Central School District; or
(b) Voluntary resignation within two (2) years after the end of the sabbatical leave. the teacher will repay the amount of gross pay, including retirement costs, Social Security, and health insurance paid by the District. Such repayments will be made over a period of not more than five (5) years in equal installments, or in a lump sum at the teacher’s discretion.
Conditions of Return a) Upon return from leave, the employee shall be restored to a position equivalent to or better than that occupied before the sabbatical leave. The contractual continued service status of the person on sabbatical leave shall not be affected.
b) The employee shall present a report in person and submit a paper or article pertaining to the sabbatical leave experience at the next appropriate Board of Education meeting following return from leave.
c) Once granted, such leave shall bar a further sabbatical for that teacher until completion of an additional six (6) years of satisfactory service.
Conditions of Return. Subject to the Suppliers agreement, the Supplier will only accept returns on any of the Goods from the Customer if the following conditions apply:
(a) the relevant returned Goods must be standard lengths (for example, the Goods must not have been custom fabricated or shaped in any way);
(b) the relevant returned Goods are, in terms of weight or volume (as reasonably determined by the Supplier), no greater than 10% of the total amount of weight or volume (as reasonably determined by the Supplier) of the Goods Delivered or to be delivered to the Customer pursuant to this Contract;
(c) the relevant returned Goods are in the same condition as they were in when delivered to the Customer (for example the relevant Goods must not be cut, bent, painted, treated or otherwise interfered with in any way by the Customer);
(d) the Supplier receives (at the Customer's expense) the relevant returned Goods back from the Customer within the period specified in Item 9(f) after their Delivery to the Customer; and
(e) the Customer has not granted any security interest over any of the relevant returned
Conditions of Return. Except in the case of Casualty, the Lessee -------------------- agrees to return each Vehicle on the applicable Vehicle Lease Expiration Date in good operating condition, normal wear and tear excepted.

(2) As a condition precedent to granting sabbatical leave, the teacher shall agree in writing that in the event of his failure to return to employment at Newfield Central School, or his voluntary resignation therefrom before two (2) years after termination of his sabbatical leave, then, unless waived by the Board, the teacher will repay the amount of his gross pay plus retirement costs, social security and health insurance paid by Newfield Central School over a period of not more than five (5) years or in a lump sum at the teacher's discretion.
Conditions of Return to work shall be agreed upon between the Corporation and the employee before his departure.
Conditions of Return. The employee with a full-time or part-time leave without pay may end it at any time by giving the employer a thirty-(30) day advance written notice. Returning from her leave, the employee returns to her position. In the event the position of the employee on leave without pay is abolished, the employee may use the measures set out in Matter 8 of these local provisions.
