  • What If I Pledge My Account? If you use (pledge) all or part of your Traditional IRA as security for a loan, then the portion so pledged will be treated as if distributed to you and will be taxable to you as ordinary income during the year in which you make such pledge.   • NO STRIKE PLEDGE The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, its agents, or its members shall not authorize, instigate, aid, or engage in any work stoppage, slowdown, sick-out, refusal to work, picketing, or strike against the District. If, during the life of this Agreement, the employees, for whatever reason engage in the aforementioned provisions, the Union shall immediately publicly order the striking employees to discontinue such action through the local media. Failure of the Union to take such action shall be subject to enforcement by the ordinary process of law.

  • Credit Union Lien and Security Interest To the extent you owe the Credit Union money as a borrower, guarantor, indorser or otherwise, the Credit Union has a lien on any or all of the funds in any account in which you have an ownership interest at the Credit Union, regardless of the source of the funds. The Credit Union may apply these funds in any order to pay off your indebtedness without further notice to you. If the Credit Union chooses not to enforce its lien, the Credit Union does not waive its right to enforce the lien at a later time. In addition, you grant the Credit Union a consensual security interest in your accounts and agree the Credit Union may use the funds from your accounts to pay any debt or amount owed the Credit Union, except obligations secured by your dwelling, unless prohibited by applicable law. All accounts are nonassignable and nontransferable to third parties.

  • Use, Security, and Retention Local Agency shall use, hold and maintain State Confidential Information in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations in facilities located within the United States, and shall maintain a secure environment that ensures confidentiality of all State Confidential Information wherever located. Local Agency shall provide the State with access, subject to Local Agency’s reasonable security requirements, for purposes of inspecting and monitoring access and use of State Confidential Information and evaluating security control effectiveness. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, Local Agency shall return State Records provided to Local Agency or destroy such State Records and certify to the State that it has done so, as directed by the State. If Local Agency is prevented by law or regulation from returning or destroying State Confidential Information, Local Agency warrants it will guarantee the confidentiality of, and cease to use, such State Confidential Information.

  • Negative Pledge Neither the Borrower nor any Subsidiary will create, assume or suffer to exist any Lien on any asset now owned or hereafter acquired by it, except:
