Scientific Coordinator. In addition to the Consortium Manager the role of a Scientific Coordinator may be introduced with the task of cooperation with intended or running projects in the field of ROS-Industrial publicly funded national or by the European Community, by supporting proposals, organizing events to establish communication, raising public funds etc. The Scientific Coordinator will be assigned by the Consortium Manager annually and his efforts will be paid from the portion of the consortium budget reserved for consortium management and as agreed annually between the Consortium Manager and the Scientific Coordinator in detail (specified tasks, invoicing etc.).

Scientific Coordinator. The scientific coordinator coordinates the scientific part of the project. He is responsible for: • monitoring the status of work on the basis of regular quarterly progress reports; • reviewing deliverables before their final submission to the CEC; • commenting on the scientific quality of the reporting information; • representing the project with the Commission with respect to the scientific matters. The scientific coordinator will be supported by a scientific committee, including Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx (UCP), Xxxx Xxxxxx (KUL), Xxxx Xxxxxxx (UCB), Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx (UCL) , Xxx Xxxxx (TUB) and the administrative co-ordinator.
Scientific Coordinator. The scientific coordinator within this project is WUR who is responsible to facilitate decision making and path identification regarding all strategic and technical decisions determining the course of action to be taken and the supervision of the operations conducted in the work packages of AGREE regarding their technical and scientific quality. The main tasks and responsibilities:  Decide on the course of action to be followed in order to ensure an optimal achievement and high scientific quality of project tasks and results, and optimal work flow in the work packages,  Link the work packages to one another,  Provide internal communication and information transmission regarding technical aspects on Project level. In the relationship with the Commission the "Scientific Coordinator" is only another party of the EC-GA. It will not be considered as the project coordinator. 6.5.1. b.a Work package leader (WP-Leader): The operational part of AGREE is divided into five work packages, each coordinated by one work package leader. 6.5.1. b.b A work package leader coordinates a work package, acting independently and reporting back to all Partners and the Coordinator. The work package leader is responsible for the coordination, planning, monitoring and reporting of the work package, its progress and results and for the detailed co-ordination of the work package with other relevant work packages of the Project.

  • Project Coordinator Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators. Each party may change its Project Coordinator with at least seven days prior written notice.

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.

If one or more of the Parties is late in submission of any project deliverable, the Coordinator may nevertheless submit the other parties’ project deliverables and all other documents required by the Grant Agreement to the Funding Authority in time. 6.4.3 If the Coordinator fails in its coordination tasks, the General Assembly may propose to the Funding Authority to change the Coordinator. 6.4.4 The Coordinator shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Party or of the consortium, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Grant Agreement or this Consortium Agreement. 6.4.5 The Coordinator shall not enlarge its role beyond the tasks specified in this Consortium Agreement and in the Grant Agreement. The Coordinator is authorised to execute with each member of the EEAB a non-disclosure agreement, which terms shall be not less stringent than those stipulated in this Consortium Agreement, no later than 30 days after their nomination or before any confidential information will be exchanged, whichever date is earlier. The Coordinator shall write the minutes of the EEAB meetings and prepare the implementation of the EEAB's suggestions. The EEAB members shall be allowed to participate in General Assembly meetings upon invitation but have not any voting rights.]
