SCOPE AND RECOGNITION. 2.01 The employer being the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxxx District School Board, (hereinafter referred to as “The Board”) recognizes the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (hereinafter referred to as “the Federation”) as the bargaining agent for all Occasional Teachers employed by the Board in its elementary panel.

SCOPE AND RECOGNITION. 2.01 The employer being the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxxx Hastings and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx District School Board, Board (hereinafter referred to as “The the Board”) recognizes the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (hereinafter referred to as “the FederationUnion”) as the bargaining agent for all Occasional Teachers employed by the Board in its elementary panelpanel save and except occasional teachers.

SCOPE AND RECOGNITION. 2.01 The employer being the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxxx District School Board, Board (hereinafter referred to as “The "the Board”") recognizes the Elementary Teachers’ ' Federation of Ontario (hereinafter referred to as “"the Federation”Union,") as the bargaining agent for all elementary Occasional Teachers employed by the Board in its elementary panelThe Union will Inform the Board of who is authorized to act on behalf of the Union.

SCOPE AND RECOGNITION. 2.01 The employer being the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxxx and Lyell District School Board, Area Board (hereinafter referred to as “The the Board”) recognizes the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (hereinafter referred to as “the FederationUnion”) as the bargaining agent for all Teachers, Occasional Teachers and Occasional Supply employed by the Board in its elementary panel.
