The research conducted under this subcontract will adhere to the proposal submitted by the subcontractor under the Call for Research Proposals for the Financial Well-Being Symposium, released in March 2019 by Abt Associates on behalf of the CFPB.

Scope/Objectives. The Department of Human Resource, here after referred to as County plans to acquire a SaaS Cloud platform that provides Cybersecurity and Privacy awareness content in support of the County’s Board of Supervisors Policy Chapter 6.100, Information Security Policy. The on- demand cybersecurity awareness training content we obtain will be used concurrently by the 30+ departments that comprise the Los Angeles County which include approximately 144,000 workforce members. The training content must remain current in educating participants on how to protect themselves and the County against threats to data, systems, and other county assets. The County also intends to provide options to those managing compliance with County and departmental requirements in how they engage their respective user groups to complete their required training. Ultimately, we seek a platform that will reduce the effort involved in managing access, is both reliable and responsive in handling the anticipated usage, is easily configurable with granular role assignment capability, logging and reporting features, technical support availability, and can meet the fulcrum of the County’s needs as detailed in the requirements specification below.
