Scope of Bargaining Unit. The bargaining unit, through agreement, shall apply to all regular employees in the classification of parole and probation officer excluding persons holding temporary appointments, and interns, and supervisory, managerial and confidential employees, as defined by the Public Employee Collective Bargaining Act.
