Representative Unit. The City recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for all sworn full time peace officers in the rank of sergeant (hereinafter referred to as "sergeants" or "employees"), but excluding all sworn peace officers above and below the rank of sergeant, any employees excluded from the definition of "peace officer" as defined in Section 3(k) of the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act; supervisory, managerial, confidential employees and short-term employees as defined by the Act; and all other persons excluded from coverage under the Act.
Representative Unit. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive representative for all Public Works employees excluding Xxxxxxx, Superintendents and the Director of Public Works and all other supervisory, managerial and confidential employees.
Representative Unit. A. The District recognizes the Papillion-La Vista Education Association as the sole and exclusive representative for all the certificated teachers of the Papillion-La Vista School District.
Representative Unit. The County recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent in all matters pertaining to wages, hours and working conditions for prevailing rate employees in the unit the Union currently represents. The County recognizes that the Union has historically, and traditionally represented County employees and the County is convinced that a substantial majority of the employees covered by this agreement desire the Union to represent them for purposes of collective bargaining and contract administration matters. The County will assign bargaining unit work to bargaining unit employees only, except in the case of emergencies. Appendix A lists the current job classifications represented by the Union and the rates of pay for each such job classification. The job classification listed in Appendix A is for descriptive purposes. Its use is neither an indication nor a guarantee that any classification or title set forth therein will continue to be utilized by the County.

The job titles listed in Appendix A is for descriptive purposes. Its use is neither an indication nor a guarantee that any classification or title set forth therein will continue to be utilized by the County.
