Scope of Requested Services. Actual work may vary according to the type of vehicle and/or equipment required at the time that services are requested. It is anticipated that the work will include, but not necessarily be limited to: Provision, installation and maintenance of any and all aftermarket equipment used in emergency services and general City vehicles, including maintenance and/or upgrading of current equipment. Services will include provision and installation of equipment including all wiring, fabrication and removal/reinstallation of interior and exterior vehicle parts as required. Minimum Qualifications Vehicle transportation to and from the City shops, located at 1455 00xx Xx XX, Xxxxx, XX, 00000, xxall be the responsibility of the successful Proposer. Must have an established facility within fifteen (15) mile radius of the incorporated city limits of the City of Salem.

Scope of Requested Services. The City is requesting proposals to provide, transportation and disposal of dewatered domestic wastewater sludge, commencing July 1, 2015, for a period of three years. These services may be extended, at the sole discretion of the City, on one occasion for a maximum term of ten years as described in the Agreement. The scope of services is summarized in this section.
Scope of Requested Services. The City is requesting proposals to provide, commercial premises, and construction projects with solid waste collection services within the City defined service area, commencing June 1, 2015, for a period of three years with two consecutive years renewal at the City’s discretion for a total of five years. These services may be extended, at the sole discretion of the City, on two occasion for a maximum term of five years as described in the Agreement. The scope of services is summarized in this section.

  • Hosted Services We shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Hosted Services you have purchased available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for: (a) planned downtime under our direct control (of which we shall give at least 8 hours notice via the Hosted Services and which we shall schedule to the extent practicable during the weekend hours from 6:00 p.m. Pacific time Friday to 3:00 a.m. Pacific time Monday), (b) to the extent we are notified by third party service providers of planned downtime (of which we shall provide such notice to you via the Hosted services as soon we can reasonably do so), or (c) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems, internet service or third party hosting provider failures or delays ("Force Majeure"). Hosted Services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.
