The DBOM Contractor shall have responsibility for the further development and finalization of the design of the Project in compliance with the Design and Construction Requirements and all other Contract Standards as part of the Design-Build Work. Following the establishment of the Construction Commencement Date, the DBOM Contractor shall be solely responsible for undertaking and completing the applicable Design-Build Work in accordance with the Contract Standards. Following the Acceptance Date, the DBOM Contractor shall be solely responsible for undertaking the Operation Services in accordance with the Contract Standards.
