Scope of Work and Fees. A. RBG shall perform the services described below (collectively referred to herein as "Services") and provide the following audio, video or written reports (collectively referred to herein as the “Deliverables”) at the following quantities and prices: Quantity Item # Description Unit Price Total $ $ Payment Schedule Total $ Upon execution of this Agreement, Client shall pay to RBG the one time set up fee and an initial deposit (“Initial Deposit”) in an amount equal to 20% of the total cost value of the Services and Deliverables to be provided pursuant to this Agreement. Such Initial Deposit shall be credited to Client’s account and applied against Client’s account balance until Client’s balance exceeds the amount of the Initial Deposit, whereupon Client shall be responsible for paying the outstanding balance on all future invoices. Client agrees to pay balance due under the following payment schedule: 20% Deposit $ Balance Due $ Upon Receipt of Invoice(s). CLIENT will receive an invoice each month showing the credit being applied to the CLIENT account for services rendered during that billing period. RBG will only invoice CLIENT for the services that have been rendered during the billing period. One Time Set-Up Fee $
Scope of Work and Fees. The scope of work and fees for this agreement are described in the proposals attached as Exhibit A. The Consultant’s receipt of this signed contract will constitute authorization to proceed with the work.

  • Scope of Work For the 2022/2023 Grant Period, the Provider will maintain a victim services program that will be available to provide direct services to victims of crime who are identified by the Provider or are presented to the Provider, as specified in the Provider’s 2022/2023 Grant Application as approved by the OAG and incorporated herein by reference.

  • 000 SCOPE OF WORK 5. 100 The scope of this Agreement covers all work of a maintenance, repair and renovation nature, assigned by the Owner to the Company and performed by the employees of the Company covered by this Agreement, within the limits of the Owner's plant site.

  • OF WORK The normal hours of work for an employee are not a guarantee of work per day or per week, or a guarantee of days of work per week. The normal hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7%) hours per day, and seventy-five (75) hours in any period. Employees required for reporting purposes shall remain at work for a period of up to fifteen (15) minutes which shall be unpaid. Should the reporting time extend beyond fifteen ( I 5) minutes however, the entire period shall be considered for the purposes of payment. Requests for change in posted work schedules must be submitted in writing and by the employee willing to exchange days off or shifts and are subject to the discretion of the Administrator or her designate. In any event, it is understood that such a change initiated by the employee and approved by the Employer shall not result in overtime compensation or payment or any other claims on the Employer by an employee under the terms of this t Where there is a change to Daylight Savings from Standard Time or vice-versa, an employee who is scheduled and works a full shift shall be paid for a seven and one-half (7.5) hour tour rather than the actual hours worked. The Employer will endeavour to accommodate requests by employees for specific days off and also requests for changes in posted time schedules once the schedule has been posted. Shift schedules shall be posted two (2) weeks in advance and shall cover a minimum of a four (4) week period. The following shall apply to full-time employees: During each pay period, two (2) consecutive days off will be scheduled. Schedules may provide for more than (5) consecutive days of work, but not more than seven (7) consecutive days of work without days off, as long as four (4) days off are scheduled in each fourteen (14) day period. Except as outlined below, meal time of one-half hour shall be scheduled away from the floor during the employee's shift whether day, evening or night. Where there is only one registered employee on duty, it is recognized that this is not possible. Should an employee be recalled to duty during meal time, additional time shall be provided later in the shift.

If the employee is unable to reschedule such time, she shall be paid time and one-half (1½) her regular straight time hourly rate for all time worked in excess of her normal daily hours, in accordance with Article 16.01.

  • Work Order (s) means a detailed scope of work for a Service required by Transnet, including timeframes, Deliverable, Fees and costs for the supply of the Service to Transnet, which may be appended to this Agreement from time to time.

(a) There shall be a minimum of sixteen (16) hours off between changes of shift unless mutually agreed otherwise. (b) An employee shall not be required to work more than seven (7) consecutive days without days off, unless mutually agreed to by the employee and the Employer. (a) Any employee who is working a permanent shift as of December 31, 1996 shall not be transferred to another shift without their consent. (b) Where possible, the employee will not be scheduled to work more than two

  • HOURS OF WORK AND OVERTIME A. The normal work week shall be from Monday to Friday both inclusive and shall comprise five (5) days of eight (8) hours each. B. All hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours in any day shall be paid at the rate of 1 ½ times the regular hourly rate. C. Any work performed on Saturday shall be considered overtime and shall be paid at the rate of 1 ½ times the hourly rate of pay except as provided in “E” or except for the Tuesday/Saturday shift at the high school and middle schools. D. All hours worked on a Sunday, shall be considered overtime, and shall be paid a rate of two (2) times the normal rate of pay, except as provided in “E” below. E. Part-time employees must satisfy the forty (40) hour week require- ment prior to receiving overtime pay for Saturdays or Sundays. F. Employees called to work prior to the start of their normal shift shall be paid overtime for any such time worked, but such overtime pay- ment shall not apply to any of the hours of the normal shift. G. Whenever possible, the Board shall notify the employees of any Sat- urday or Sunday work not later than the end of the shift on Thursday of that week only if such Saturday or Sunday work is scheduled prior to the end of the shift on Thursday of that week, except in cases of emergency. Nothing contained in this paragraph shall be construed to be a guarantee of overtime if such is scheduled nor shall the right of the Board to cancel such scheduled overtime be limited. Employees who are required to work on a Saturday or a Sunday shall be xxxxxx- xxxx a minimum of four hours of work at the overtime rates provided in B and C above. H. Overtime shall be distributed equally as practical by building and/or department among the employees qualified and capable of performing the work available. Individuals declining overtime will be required to sign off acknowledging refusal. During emergencies or when a re- placement is unavailable, working overtime may be mandatory. I. In the event an employee is called back to work after the conclusion of a normal work shift, the employee will be entitled to a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the overtime rate and the Board reserves the right to assign four (4) hours of work in such situations. If the call- back is for an open window or door, the payment shall be two (2) hours at the overtime rate. Failure of an employee to properly secure his/her area of responsibility shall result in disciplinary action. J. Except in case of emergency, or in the event of performance on an assigned job, or during July and August, no seasonal or substitute employees shall perform in excess of forty (40) hours per week the duties of employees in the bargaining unit, nor shall seasonal or sub- stitute employees be hired or retained if regular permanent employees are on a temporary lay-off due to a reduction in force. K. Employees shall be granted no more than a fifteen (15) minute coffee break in the morning. L. When an employee is required to work in excess of ten (10) hours or more, said employee shall be granted a second one-half (1/2) hour lunch period at no loss of pay for such lunch period, and shall be granted an additional one-half (1/2) hour lunch period for each five
