Scripting. Based on UNDP ELECT and the IEC’s selection of the best route, the company must write two script/scenario options based on efficacy of the messages, targeted messaging and with a biased behavior change communication for the production of the PSAs. UNDP ELECT and the IEC will explicitly certify each script confirming that it matches the expected duration of the PSA. o UNDP ELECT and the IEC reserves the right to request pre-tests for any messages.

Scripting. The ECSwin program can be started using the name of a script file as a parameter. If this is the case, functionality of the ECSwin program is expanded to include the option described in the Configure|Command Transfer menu allowing for the transmission of any desired ECL commands to U16xx summators within the ECS LAN without any user interaction. ECSwin can be activated by the user with the name of a valid script file as a parameter in order to start the program. The function included with the operating system for planning program starts (Control Panel / Scheduled Tasks or My Computer / Scheduled Tasks – depending on the utilized operation system, e.g. Windows 9x, NT, 200x, XP etc.) can be used for automated, cyclical processing of certain tasks. Scripting. TRICOM PICTURES shall write or cause to be written a script for the Program. Prior to commencement of shooting of the Program, TRICOM PICTURES shall submit the script thereof to SHAMAN for its approval. In the event that SHAMAN does not approve any script submitted by TRICOM PICTURES, SHAMAN may, in its discretion, (i) require TRICOM PICTURES to revise such script, (ii) revise such script itself, (iii) engage a third party to revise such script.

Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case. 2.
