The Scrub Uniforms clause establishes the requirements and responsibilities regarding the provision, maintenance, and use of scrub uniforms in a healthcare or clinical setting. Scrub Uniforms. The Hospital shall provide and launder scrub uniforms to nurses assigned to the OR and Recovery.
Scrub Uniforms. The Employer will provide scrubs for all employees to wear at work and will provide employees a place to don and doff their uniforms so that they do not have to take their uniforms home. The Employer will be responsible for laundering the scrubs. The Employer will provide housing to employees who must quarantine or who test positive for COVID-19, at the request of the employee. Tax consequences to the HCP will be borne by the Employer.

(a) The Hospital will notify the Local President of the names of all nurses off work due to a work related injury or when a nurse goes on LTD.
(b) When it has been medically determined that an employee is unable to return to full duties of her/his position due to a disability, the Hospital will notify and meet with a staff representative of the Ontario Nurses' Association and the local representative to discuss the circumstances surrounding the nurse’s return to suitable work.
