Common use of Seasonal Career Employment Clause in Contracts

Seasonal Career Employment. A. Seasonal career employees have seasonal layoff rights within their agency to other seasonal career positions within their layoff unit as provided in Subsection C below. Employees shall be given no less than fifteen (15) calendar days’ notice of a layoff.
