Common use of Second Shift Clause in Contracts

Second Shift. Where the major portion of an employee's, other than bus drivers and custodians, shift occurs after fifteen hundred (1500) hours, the employee shall be paid a shift differential of three percent (3%) of their hourly rate per hour for the entire shift worked.

Second Shift. Where the major portion of an employee's's shift, other than bus drivers and custodiansdrivers, shift occurs after fifteen hundred (1500) hours, the employee employees shall be paid a shift differential of three percent (3%) of their hourly rate 2.25% per hour for the entire shift worked.
