Required Trainings. Establish and maintain working linkages through Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with a resource network of community and social service agencies serving or having an interest in the target population. MOUs will encourage networking, coordination, and referrals to help address the needs of the participants, their families, and supportive allies. MOUs will be in place within 60 days of the contract start date. Grantee will maintain copies of the signed MOUs on file for System Agency review upon request. All MOUs will include:
Required Trainings. Attendance at mandatory training sessions or meetings conducted by JFG is critical to the successful implementation of the program and achievement of the performance goals as outlined on page 2 of this Agreement. Required training sessions include the following:
1. Treasure Hunters – Four (4) quarterly trainings
a. August 2 & August 3, 2017 b. October 5, 2017 c. January 25, 2018 d. April 19, 2018
2. Site Supervisors – Initial training
3. Principals – Meeting with The Foundation’s JFG Director
a. May or June 2017 pending execution of Agreement
Required Trainings. All SHSDP staff shall comply with the training requirements outlined in Attachment H, Supervised Living Group Home Standards.
Required Trainings. The District shall provide reimbursement for class fees and materials associated with classes such as First Aid/CPR/Epipen that it requires a member to take. Mandatory online trainings shall be on District time and within the 8 hour workday.
Required Trainings. 1. If a Supervisor requires attendance at any training outside of assigned workday hours, the Board shall pay the employee’s hourly rate for the time of attendance, and will not be charged as in-service hours.
2. All teaching assistants working in a Decatur Public School shall register for trainings and in-service on the district’s online software. County Employees shall receive written notification of all trainings and instructions, approval requirements and registration process in lieu of the district’s online software.
3. All required trainings needed to satisfactorily perform job duties must be provided by September 30 of the school year, or within 30 calendar days of the employee’s hiring date, if hired after the beginning of the school year. Time spent in such training shall not be counted as optional in-service time. Employees who have not received job related optional trainings, shall not be required to perform those specific duties.

2. XxXxxxxxxxXxxx.xxx – All teaching assistants working in a Decatur Public School shall register for all trainings and in-services on XxXxxxxxxxXxxx.xxx. County Employees shall receive written notification of all trainings and instructions, approval requirements and registration process in lieu of XxXxxxxxxxXxxx.xxx.
Required Trainings. Employees who are required to attend in-service training sessions or otherwise engages in training of any kind to continue their employment in a position shall receive compensation as follows:
Required Trainings. A. Contractor’s staff must complete Confidentiality and HIPAA Privacy and Security training.
B. Contractor shall complete these trainings utilizing agreed upon format in consultation with XxxxXXXX and provide Attestation of trainings to KernBHRS upon completion.
C. Prior to access of the KernBHRS Electronic Health Record, Contractor shall complete virtual on-line SmartCare training.
Required Trainings. Contractor represents and warrants that all of its employees and contractors have received all trainings required by law, including sexual harassment prevention training required by the Illinois Human Rights Act.
Required Trainings. It is understood that all Bargaining Unit Members will be immediately required as a matter of their professional responsibilities, without any additional compensation, to engage in federal, state or certain District mandated trainings within timeframes established by the School District subject to an annual limitation of ten (10) hours per year in duration, excepting, however, new hires of the District who will be obligated to engage in all necessary and required federal, state or district mandatory trainings during their first year of employment with the District regardless of the ten (10) hours limitation per year. It is understood that the mandatory trainings may change from year to year, depending upon statutory requirements and the last time the Bargaining Unit Member received such training. Examples of such training include but are not limited to mandatory training on child abuse recognition and reporting, school safety and security training, threat assessment training, trauma-informed approaches, suicide awareness and prevention training, handling of personally identifiable information and student education records and confidential special education information, non-discrimination training, Title IX sex-based discrimination and harassment training, bullying/cyber bullying training; Safe 2 Say training, CPR/AED training, administration of medication for allergies – asthma inhalers and epinephrine auto injectors, naloxone administration training, maintaining professional adult/student boundaries, student searches – procedures and current legal standards, student expression and dissemination of non- school materials, infection control and universal precautions, including information on HIV infection, dating violence education, training on working with homeless children and youth and children in xxxxxx care, concussion management training, sudden cardiac arrest training, student wellness policy training, positive behavior support training, de-escalation techniques and procedures on restraints, special education personnel training, student assistance program training, instruction in alcohol, drugs, tobacco and dangerous controlled substances, including opioid abuse, child exploitation awareness training, holocaust, genocide and human rights violation instruction training, English language development instruction, gifted education training, food allergy management training, records management training, seizure recognition and related first aid training, a...
